We are to share the Good News!! Share 3 Circles!
1st Circle
In the Beginning, God created a perfect world and a perfect creation. He made man and woman in His perfect image. They had a perfect relationship with the Father and a perfect relationship with each other. God made man to Know Him, Love Him, and Worship Him.
But man disobeyed God and that is sin.
But man disobeyed God and that is sin.
2nd Circle
Sin broke the world and it broke our relationship with God and with each other. In our brokenness many of us try to run from a perfect God. Also, many of us try to repair our relationship with Him. We think going to church, doing good things, reading our Bible, and being baptized will save us. But none of these things will work because it comes from OUR brokenness. We can't save ourselves.
3rd Circle
So, God, sent His Son Jesus, the Christ, to live a perfect sinless life and to die on a cross for our sins. On that cross, He took on the sins of the world and bled and died for you and me. On that same day there were two thieves hung on crosses on either side of Jesus. One thief died and went to hell, but the other thief died and went to Heaven. "Why? What's the difference?" You may ask. The difference in the two is that one thief put his belief and trust in Jesus as the one and true God.
You too can submit your life to Him. You too can join that thief and trust Him with your salvation and make Him your LORD and SAVIOR of your life. As it says in scripture: After 3 days Jesus rose from the Grave being the "first fruits" of those that will rise to be with the Father. You too can rise and join Jesus and the Father when you submit your life over to Him.
